Furniture and Upholstery Cleaning Services

Carpet Cleaning Services

Our cleaning process includes the following steps:
- Pre-cleaning: we use exclusive agents to remove spots that normal cleaning will not remove, such as grease and gum spots.
- Vacuuming: high efficiency vacuuming equipment is used to remove as much dry soil possible. This vastly improves the effectiveness of further cleaning.
- Room preparation: most furniture is moved out of the area to be cleaned, providing access to dusty, soiled carpets usually found under furniture, especially chairs and sofas.
- Foam absorption cleaning: this patented process lifts soil from your carpets and furniture without excess moisture.
- Final touches: any spots still needing improvement are given a final pass.
- Furniture is placed back in its original position
- Conditioning: we loft and groom carpet pile to shorten drying time and restore the appearance of your carpet.
Oriental Rug Cleaning
Oriental, wool, and specialty rugs are cleaned on location using our patented foam cleaning process. Duraclean will test the dyes and fibers in the rug prior to cleaning to ensure a safe and effective cleaning procedure. A specific cleaning agent is used for each textile; some rugs, due to their construction or age, are cleaned by hand.
